Jemima Kantha Dress - 81

This beautiful one-of-a-kind handmade dress created from vintage Indian cotton Kantha fabrics. Each dress in unique and made from Vintage Kantha quilts circa 1970.
Each Kantha is unique and crafted by stitching layers of saris together using a straight running stitch called 'KAN-THA'. Each Kantha will have some imperfections as the fabric is vintage and not new, but this only adds immense character of the fabric. Handmade and created by women cooperatives in the Bengal region of India.
