Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your online purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return or exchange any full priced item/s purchased within 10 days from receiving the item. Simply email to notify us of the items you will be returning.

 The exchange courier is complimentary if you are taking another item or would like a store credit. 

If you would like a refund, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the order to us. We can also schedule the return on your behalf (using our courier) at a fee of R100, this amount will be deducted from your refund. You will be refunded in full (minus the returning shipping costs if applicable) once we have received and checked it.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and tags must be attached please.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on MADE TO ORDER items.
