Simply email email@example.com to notify us of the items you will be returning and we will provide you with the closest store address or PostNet Branch we use.
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale / discounted items, lifestyle items and made to order items so please choose carefully (this is in accordance with your statutory rights).
The exchange courier is complimentary if you are taking another item or would like a store credit. However if you require a refund, the return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and tags must be attached please.
