Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange any full priced item/s purchased within 10 days from receiving the item. Simply email stellenbosch@coppelia.co.za to notify us of the item you would like to exchange.

 If you would like to exchange an item for another one or take a store credit for the item being returned please return the item to Coppélia, shop 7A, De Wet Center, Stellenbosch, 7600, Cape Town, Western Cape.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and tags must be attached please. We cannot exchange items that do not have the tags attached.

Sale items may are final and may not be returned.

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges for international orders.​
