RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it does not fit, you can return the item for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund:

1) the item must be undamaged, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached, including the outer tag attached to the seam of the garment. If this tag has been removed for whatever reason we will not be able to refund you. 

2) The item/s must be sent back to our physical address strictly within 14 working days after you have received your package.

You can use a courier company of your choice. Please do not make use of the Post Office or PostNet.

4) Once we have received the package within the correct time frame and in good condition we will refund accordingly. 

5) We will appreciate your careful consideration when purchasing a garment. 

EXCHANGES:

You can exchange your purchase for another item or voucher within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be undamaged, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached.

Please email info@coppelia.co.za to arrange the exchange.

Please note that the exact same item might not be in stock due to our few-of-a-kind policy. If this should be the case, you can choose any other item or a gift voucher of the same value.
