PAYMENT

We accept payment by all major Credit and Debit cards as well as EFT. All payments are processed via our selected payment gateway, PayFast. Please follow the on screen instructions to complete your order and payment. If you are making an EFT payment please ensure the confirmation is sent through to info@coppelia.co.za

LOCAL SOUTH AFRICAN DELIVERY via FASTWAY

Under normal circumstances please allow for 1-4 working days. Please ensure that there is someone to sign for your order at the delivery address and that you are reachable on the contact number you have provided us with.

South African orders >R1000 receive complimentary shipping

South African orders <R1000 are charged at R60.00

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (World Wide) via ARAMEX

Under normal circumstances delivery can take 4-10 working days. Please ensure that there is someone to sign for your order at the delivery address and that you are reachable on the contact number you have provided us with. The courier service is more expensive, but it is safe, fast and door to door so we would rather go this route instead of using the post office.

International orders >R3000.00 receive complimentary shipping

International orders <R3000.00 are charged a flat rate of R1000

*KINDLY NOTE* International customers may be liable for a customs and duty charge. You will be contacted by the courier company should there be any fees to clear before your order can be delivered. Unfortunately we are are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on any orders shipped internationally.
